Tara Malabug Kitchelt

Tara Malabug Kitchelt, soprano, is an emerging Filipino-American artist based in the DMV area. Recent engagements include Papagena in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and Barbarina in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro with Tokyo Opera Studio. Additional roles include Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Flora (The Turn of the Screw), Noémie (Cendrillon), and Marianne (The New Moon). She received her Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
